Info: MP2 - "Dirty Beats For Lonely Rappers" is an Album we created for both beat fans but in particular, hip hop fans that we felt needed to hear just what beat makers create without any vocals on it. This album was difficult to mesh together because of the amount of different equipment that we used to get certain sounds. We knew that beat makers before this album tended to produce "instrumentals" which are basically beats intended for MCs, however we both knew that we were part of a different branch of hip hop that goes mostly unnoticed. The goal of this album was to educate listeners on style, drum arrangements, sampling techniques, recording techniques and even the different feel and swing that you can be achieved in beats making. Moreover, we focused on accentuating the different characteristic sounds that mixers, drum machines, bass synths, amps, mics, compressors ect produce. In summery, we did not attempt to hide the different producers that influence our music, and if anything, this album should be taken as a sign of respect. This album is a gift for those who listen, so feel free to download it, or give it to whomever would be interested but all that we ask, is that you respect what we have done here and not remix, extend or mess with our sounds. Peace...... Alonso Majikal and Pabs
