DJ Mentos - My Squad
DJ Mentos: Questlove (the Roots, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, etc.) recently released a short recording of a drum break (solo) entitled "Ludwiggy" showcasing his new Ludwig drum kit. I was inspired to create a track around this sample that pays tribute to ?uesto and the Roots as well as the afro-funk sound of the 70's (Mandril, Fela Kuti, Manu Dibango, etc.).
