From the Vault is a project created by two long time friends Understanding & Dr Butcher who recorded these tracks thru out the 1990’s for show performances. Unfortunately as time went on these tracks were never released and even worst lost. Just recently, the original tracks were rediscovered by Understanding and will finally see a proper physical & digital release on Mad Good Records. “From the Vault” is entirely produced by Dr Butcher who is best known for his production work with Kool G Rap, Akinyele, LL Cool J and the X-Excutioners just to name a few. With their first single “Buddha Blessed” already making its appearance on the Mad Good Volume One compilation, they are in full motion with their long lost release that is truly From the Vault!
