The Marv - Birdy Beats When life gets tough sometimes who never dreamed of becoming a bird? Flying, being free with nothing stressfull to deal with, shitting on people you hate or even biting them as in Hitchcocks' 'The birds'. 

Growing up as a kid surrounded by animals especially birds, The Marv always noticed their musicality. 

She was lucky to come accoss great birds vinyl recordings thanks to her collecting-addict-stepbrother Adrien. 

Here 's another sound wierdness by The Marv. Dark and synthetic Birdy Beats are yet twitting massive drums, glitchy breaks and huge bass sounds.

The Marv - Malayalam Beats vol​.​1

 

The Marv presents Malayalam Beats. 

 For her debut EP, The Marv pays a tribute to her origins. The french-lankan beatmaker selected only samples from Malaylam movie songs to prepare this unique flavored work. Such as a tea cultivator would do, she picked carefully beat "leaves" that her father used to sing to her back when she was a kid (Once upon a time). Then she dried them out on the Akai sampler, and mixed those gems with that original boom bap that only a few know. She has been trained to the secret skills of Beatmaking by her Shaolin old timer husband retired in the Parisian mountains . Family is an important part of this EP. Have a sip of this special blend, Indian-Lankan-Dancing-bittersweet-Malayalam beats, and watch out for new flavors to come.
